Satnam brings over 15 years of hands-on construction and civil engineering experience, shaped by a remarkable journey that began in his hometown in India. After arriving in the UK in 2009, he quickly established himself in the construction sector, starting with residential projects before moving on to one of the UK’s most ambitious infrastructure programmes—Crossrail. It was here that Satnam honed his skills as a concrete finisher, working alongside leading industry professionals and gaining exposure to complex, high-pressure environments.

His dedication, technical ability, and work ethic earned him opportunities to contribute to a wide range of civil engineering schemes. In 2016, Satnam joined a specialist concrete contractor where he expanded his expertise across structural works, waterproofing, and formwork systems. His natural leadership qualities emerged during the A2300 improvement scheme, where he took on the role of foreman—successfully leading teams on site and developing a deep understanding of the commercial and operational sides of the industry.

In 2023, Satnam was a key member of the delivery team for a £30 million highways project, which included the construction of a 225-metre viaduct. His commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork continues as S Kang begins it ongoing development.
